Property needs to be developed a bit more, especiall entry to the property and the garden. View from the property in fabulous with direct beach access.

Overall Our tour was so good because of hotel facilities, Its location, Room Hygiene maintains, Food Quality, Helful Stuff & Surroundings was awesome. and Most valuable because its very economical than other hotels. β¦
Excellent Sea View Non Ac Room with Excellent Mouth Lickering food, Paid Total around 2200 with All food and they deserved every penny, Choose your meal plan with Breakfast and Dinner / Lunch included and Trust me you will love it, must try the Chicken Butter Masala it tasted awesome, this was not a luxury stay a old hotel in middle of all new big resorts but they made our stay memorable with great food and well behaved staff, excellent stay
cons – Sea view Front cottage room have only a Celing fan and non ac, the fan works well but may be not sufficient for hot Summer day
Access road is difficult to Understand and might be difficult for a new driver, its just beside parth king resort
Sea View 1st floor Rooms will be best option
Backside cottage is totally in the back side with no sea view, you might not like it untill or unless you are in a group or its a holiday time and other rooms are full

I have just uploaded the views from hotel. Though it is a little bit far from market but the location and services are awesome. You can access the sea just from your room or balcony. The shacks which are made by the hotel authority are the best. Rooms are in low budget. Foods are healthy, hygienic and tasty. The persons who want to avoid crowd. This is the best place for you.
its My 2nd time i stay there.. it was better than previous one because of our anniversary & their decoration & improvement of their hotel surrounding. β¦
A nice place to stay with good sea facing rooms.
All staffs are very responsive, attentive and well behaved.
Food price is reasonable and quality is so good.
